Notice of Availability of Evaluation Report

Pursuant to State Government Article, §10-135(b)(1), Annotated Code of Maryland, implementation of the Regulatory Review and Evaluation Act, and Executive Order 01.01.2003.20, notice is hereby given that the Evaluation Report regarding COMAR 24.01 and 24.05 are available for public inspection and comment until March 26, 2013.
