M Square Research Park is a 130-acre research park adjacent to the University of Maryland, College Park. Once completed, M Square will be the largest research park in the region with over 2.5 million square-feet of public and private research, lab and incubator space.
Adjacent to the University of Maryland, ranked among the nation's top 20 public research universities, and just eight miles from the Nation's Capital, M Square offers flexible office space as small as incubator suites for start up companies to build-to-suit options for larger technology clients. The park is served by the Washington Metro subway and a MARC commuter rail station providing service to both Washington D.C. and Baltimore.
