The Bethesda Green Business Incubator, created in partnership with the Montgomery County Department of Economic Development, promotes the creation and expansion of green businesses that develop and supply environmentally sustainable technologies, products and services. Bethesda Green works with and leverages Montgomery County's strengths to create a green industry cluster that will generate economic, environmental and social value for the County's businesses and residents.
Germantown Innovation Center
Located on Montgomery College’s, Germantown campus, this 32,000 square-foot facility offers 11 wet labs, two modular clean rooms and 45 offices supporting 25 to 35 life sciences and technology companies.
Rockville Innovation Center
The 23,000 square feet facility provides space and support for 30 start-up technology companies. The network offers shared reception, conference and work rooms, and programs that teach business skills and support with licensing, intellectual property and financing. Located next to NIH, FDA and NIST, establishing a competitive admission application process, RIC seeks companies with healthcare, medical, and bioinformatics, and international tech companies to establish U.S. offices.
Shady Grove Innovation Center
Designed to meet the requirements of high technology industry, this 60,000 square-foot facility offers 60 offices and 24 modular wet laboratories for biotechnology companies. A high-tech central lab is available for use by all tenants.
Silver Spring Innovation Center
20,000 square feet office and R&D space in a four-story facility for start-up and early stage information technology businesses, with over 40 individual offices in varying sizes. Amenities include state-of-the-art communications system, 24-hour access, ample parking, shared office equipment, conference and meeting space, storage space and a loading dock.
Wheaton Business Innovation Center
Provides office space, conference rooms and support services for approximately 25-30 businesses in a 10,000 square-foot, business center. A state-of-the-art conference and meeting space with full plug-and-play capability, internet access, shared work space and central business services. Access to business resources including training, development, and legal counseling, prospective tenants are selected based on competitive application.

Prince George's County Technology Assistance Center

Provides a nurturing environment for small high-tech companies, competitively priced office space, support services and management and technical assistance for fledgling high-technology companies. The center’s 13,000 square feet includes 200-3,000 square-foot suites.
Technology Advancement Program Offering space and support services for early-stage companies developing technology-based products or services with commercial potential, TAP’s dynamic atmosphere creates an environment, with flexible, furnished office and laboratory space, high-tech IT and biotechnology infrastructures, in-house business support and office facilities.

Provides new high-tech companies support they need. The companies entering TGC agree to remain in Maryland and Prince George's County for a specified period of time. Offices ranging from 170 - 5,000 square foot, companies can use shared facilities, conference rooms, fax/copier room, reception area and receptionist.
Bowie Business Innovation Center
