Reliable Electric Service

Maryland's ample electric power resources are in part the result of its partnership in the Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland (PJM) Interconnection, the world's first and North America's largest and most integrated power pool.  Through the grid, PJM member utilities share their generating output to avoid costly shortfalls and surpluses.
