Post Election Impacts on the Economy
Kevin "KAL" Kallaugher, editorial cartoonist for The Economist, is the keynote speaker at the 2012 RESI Economic Outlook Conference. With the election in full swing, KAL's cartoons provide a satirical perspective on the issues, controversies, and challenges each campaign and the country are facing. The Economic Outlook Conference (EOC) is RESI’s premier event. Started in 1995, the EOC focuses on the opportunities and threats associated with Maryland’s economy, and features economy-driven panel discussions and notable speakers from Maryland. Dr. Daraius Irani, Director of RESI, chairs the EOC and presents the annual economic forecast for the region.
