Maryland Traditions, a program of the Maryland State Arts Council, will present the Maryland Traditions Folklife Festival, a free day-long celebration of traditional artists and musicians from around the state. Named "Baltimore's Best Arts Showcase" by Baltimore Magazine in 2011, this interactive, family-friendly festival will engage audiences of all ages with performances, demonstrations, and workshops that showcase the talents and practices of Maryland's traditional art masters and their apprentices.
